Steve Fickinger Children: Did Steve Fickinger Have Kids?

Steve Fickinger was born in 1960 in Chicago, Illinois, the youngest of five children. He was an award-winning director who is noted for Dear Evan Hansen.

It was announced by his niece Jessica Roy that he died suddenly at his Laguna Beach home.

He attended New Trier High School West, where he acted on stage with future Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel, and then went to college at UCLA.

Fickinger worked at Disney in various capacities such as director of creative development for Walt Disney Feature Animation and VP for creative development for the Disney Theatrical Group.

During his time at Disney, he worked on the production of Mulan, Tarzan, and Lilo & Stitch and also supervised the launch of Broadway shows like The Lion King and Aida.

Upon leaving Disney, he set up his own production company called FickStern Productions which churned out the six Tony Award-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen.
Fickinger was involved in the work of charities such as AIDS Walk and the Los Angeles Food Mission.
He was 62.

At the time of this writing, there has not been any mention of Steve Fickinger having any children, whether biological or adopted.
