Sylvester Stallone Responds To Jennifer Flavin Divorce, Denies Allegations

Sylvester Stallone has denied allegations leveled against him by his wife Jennifer Flavin who recently filed for divorce after nearly three decades of marriage.

The veteran actor has denied allegations made by his estranged wife, Jennifer that he is intentionally wasting their marital assets in a bid to cheat her out of what she is due when the divorce is finally processed. He also objected to Flavin’s wish to have exclusive use of their Palm Beach home.

In her initial filing, Flavin, 54, urged the court to take into account each party’s behavior that could prolong the proceedings and promote “mutual cooperation” to cut down on the expense of legal expenses. In his answer, Stallone stated that his wife had “hired counsel to represent her and agreed to pay them their legal fees”.

Stallone, 76, recognized that their relationship is irretrievably destroyed and accepted to Flavin’s request to “restore” her maiden name.
