Rafael Edward “Ted” Cruz was born on 22 December 1970 in Calgary, Canada. He is an American politician and attorney who is serving as the junior United States Senator for Texas since 2013.
He started using the name “Ted” when he was 13 years old. For his senior High school education, Cruz attended two private schools; Faith West Academy, near Katy, Texas; and Second Baptist High School in Houston.
Cruz graduated with a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Princeton University where he studied public policy.
He won the top speaker award at both the U.S National Debating Championship and North American Debating Championship in 1992 while he was still in Princeton.
He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Havard Law School. After leaving Law School he worked as a law clerk at the Supreme court before moving into private practice as an associate at the law firm Cooper, Carvin & Rosenthal (now Cooper & Kirk, PLLC).
Cruz is married with children and is a Southern Baptist.

Caroline Camille was born on 14 April 2008. She is very popular on social media, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
Caroline Camiller is the first daughter and child of Ted and his wife.
Catherine Christiane is the second daughter and child of Ted Cruz. She was born on 28 October 2010 at 11:12 pm.
Catherine is still young so there is very little to report on her at the moment.
