Serwaa Amihere has been a topic of discussion on social media about the reason she declined an offer of GH20,000 to stay indoors from the 17th of December to the 10th of January.
According to the GHOne TV Newscaster, the sum was insufficient to warrant such a commitment from her.
DBlack, the Minister of Entertainment, asked on Twitter who would be willing to remain indoors between December 17th and January 10th to earn GH20,000 and the replies from followers were both amazing and hilarious.
Serwaa Amihere joined in the discussion on Twitter however she later rejected the amount, claiming that it was insufficient for her to be able to make such an effort to be indoors for that long for GH20k which implies that she will not be doing it.
The Ghanaian broadcast journalist and news presenter didn’t provide reasons why she made her decision, however we believe that she could make more than the 20k provided if she went to work. So why to make such a big sacrifice to earn the 20k when she can make greater if going to work?
20k is a significant amount of money for the majority of people. They are willing to rest and stay inside for a while to get this amount of money.
However, people like Serwaa thinks it might be too small since she knows that she could earn more than that when she is working.
