Songo, who is also known as Fireman called the 29-year-old Ghanaian midfielder “useless” in the game.

“Partey was a fairly worthless player in the game, right? You’ve never seen him play like he does for Arsenal,” he said.

He was questioned by the host about why Partey was unproductive and he responded, “If you want to see Partey do well in a game, you need to have a really excellent tackler or a game passer behind him.”

Songo was further questioned whether Partey could be compared to Michael Essien.

“Partey is a normal player and cannot compare himself to Essien since Essien is a complete midfielder who is a superb passer, very strong in the midfield, and scores from wide range, whereas Thomas is only good at breaking.”
