Nigerian actress, Uche Jombo has expressed concerns over the declaration of Bola Tinubu as the winner of the 2023 presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
She was displayed at the declaration made by INEC in spite of the video and pictorial evidence of alleged electoral fraud and malpractices that abound across the country.
There are calls from various quarters for the annulment of the just-ended presidential election over alleged widespread vote rigging and voter suppression.
In a tweet on her official Twitter account, Jumbo wrote “When some people say ‘my vote doesn’t count ‘ this is what they mean and that there are truly alarming with videos and pictures in polling units across Nigeria we still got here.
She continued that this shouldn’t discourage anyone and that a New Nigeria is possible as we can clearly see.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu was handed his Certificate of Return by the INEC on Wednesday.
