Famous American R&B singer and actor, Tyrese Gibson known worldwide for his role in the fan-favorite car franchise, Fast and Furious is looking to avoid having to pay month spousal support to her estranged wife.
According to legal documents which were obtained by TMZ, the famous actor is unwilling to send monthly spousal suspport to his estranged wife, Samantha Lee Gibson or leave her with his 2016 Range Rover. However, Tyrese has offered Samantha to walk away with the 2017 Land Rover Discovery in his possession.
The former couple have had one of the nasty divorce process so far since Samantha filed in September 2020. Samantha alleged that Tyrese had locked her out of the house and is looking forward to $20K in monthly child support. However, Tyrese denies the allegation and stated that the amount Samatha is seeking is “unreasonably high”. Now he is seeking to give out the less luxurious SUV to his estranged wife and pay no spousal support.
