Fast and Furious star, Tyrese Gibson has been ordered by a court to pay $10,690 every month as child support to his estranged wife Samantha Lee Gibson.
As reported earlier, Tyrese was seeking to avoid paying spousal support to Samantha as well as seeking for the exclusive use of his 2016 Range Rover. He is however offering Samantha a less luxurious 2017 Land Rover Discovery.
“This is not a punishment for you. Put that money where it belongs, in the child,” the judge said as he announced the amount Tyrese is expected to pay to the upkeep of his 3-year-old daughter Soraya.
The court backdated the child support to September 2020 when Samantha had first filed for divorce summing the amount Tyrese owes to $209,000. Tyrese his wish of not paying the $20,000 spousal support Samantha sought for while filing for their separation.
Tyrese has said that even though they are walking their separate ways, they will continue to be the best of friends and strong co-parents.
