George Murdoch, professionally known as Tyrus, is an accomplished American wrestler presently under contract with the National Wrestling Alliance, where he holds the prestigious title of NWA World Television Champion.
Tyrus gained recognition through his stints in WWE, notably as Brodus Clay, and in Impact Wrestling under the moniker Tyrus.
His journey in WWE began with training in the developmental territories Deep South Wrestling and Florida Championship Wrestling. Tyrus made his debut on Season 4 of WWE NXT, a show pairing rookies with experienced mentors from the WWE roster.
