The former Ghanaian TV show host showed off her curves in some videos she posted to her Instagram account.

She took to swimming to show how her body had changed in just a few weeks.

The mental health advocate and lingerie model has been posting videos of herself exercising on a daily basis, as well as using slimming products.

She looks curvier and more sultry, so it seems that her method worked.
