Akufo-Addo has arrived in Qatar to motivate the Black Stars of Ghana players and watch their game as well against Portugal today, November 24, 2022.
The president of Ghana together with supporters was on board a Qatar Airways flight that left Accra on Wednesday evening, November 23.
The Black Stars of Ghana are in Group H to compete with Portugal, South Korea, and Noth American side Uruguay.
Ghana will play their opener game against Portugal at Stadium 974 in Doha on Thursday.
Ghana will later take on South Korea in the second group game on Monday, November 28 before the renewal of the rivalry between Uruguay in the final game on Friday, December 2.
