Black Stars will face Soccer Intellectuals in a warm-up match before their clash against Zimbabwe in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The preparations began Tuesday for the crucial match. They will continue Wednesday at the Cape Coast Stadium with the friendly match at 4.
Milovan Rajevac, head coach of the Black Stars, will use the game as a way to gauge the team’s readiness for Saturday.
Although they may not have been strong opponents, intellectuals are confident after being qualified to the Division One League.
In just four days, Zimbabwe will face Black Stars twice. The first match will take place in Cape Coast on Saturday, with the second in Harare on Tuesday.
Ghana is second in Group G, with three points. They beat Ethiopia 1-0, as they lost to South Africa by the same scoreline in the first two matches.
