You Are A Desecrator Of The Consciousness of Reggae – Charles Tagoe Slams Blakk Rasta

Controversial presidential staffer, Charles Tagoe has opined that if anyone should be accused of desecrating reggae as a genre then it should be Blakk Rasta.

This comes after Blakk Rasta asserted that the family of Bob Marley had desecrated the genre by allowing Sarkodie to step on the record of the legendary reggae maestro.

Responding to his assertion, Charles Tagoe explained that Blakk Rasta’s peculiar style of music and rhythm as well as his choice of words for lyrics is what should be considered a desecration of reggae.

“Your drunken chin-chan-cho noise and other cacophonous chords you put as music has been the lowest of lows of reggae. What you have been doing is rather a desecration of the consciousness of that musical genre… Your music churns stomach.”

Speaking about Blakk Rasta’s comparison of his Chinese song to Bob Marley’s Buffalo Soldier, Mr. Tagoe explained that it was unintelligent and insulting on Blakk Rasta’s part to make such a comparison looking at Bob Marley’s record.

“It is seriously unintelligent and insulting to compare your chow-wan-cha nonsense to the legendary Marley’s Buffalo Soldier song, because of what? Onomatopoeia? The lyrical content of Bob’s classic hit was clear and concise,” he added.
