Nigerian musician, Simi has told tribal bigots the services they render to their masters who care less about them would not improve their lot in any way.
The artist who is known privately as Simisola Kosoko berated ethnic bigots and tribalists following the occurrences during the just-ended gubernatorial and House of Assembly elections.
It is can be recalled that some Yoruba people threatened and prevented many Ogbos from casting their votes in the State of Lagos to the extent that they asked them to return to their home state.
Simi posits that the sudden rise of tribalism can be attributed to the activities of politicians. She went further to lambast people who allow themselves to be used as puppets by such politicians.
She added that the current situation of such puppets will not improve because the puppet masters do not care about them.
It is clear that the elections in Nigeria have caused a lot of rift in the country, a situation which has led many entertainers to speak out against the division.
