Babatunde Fashola, the Minister of Works and Housing is adamant that Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress is fit to rule Nigeria.
According to Fashola, the fact that Tinubu runs the hardest presidential campaign is a testament to the level of his fitness.
He made this assertion when he appeared on Channels Television where he also revealed that Tinubu runs a very tough schedule.
In recent times, some Nigerians have raised concerns about Tinubu’s health, alleging that he is unfit, healthwise, to rule the country.
Despite the concerns of most Nigerians, Fashola said that because the nation is running a democracy, citizens are free to have their views on who should be and not be the president.
He stated that Bola Tinubu fought the toughest primaries and has run the hardest campaign. And after all that he was magnanimous enough to go around embracing those he defeated; a sign of his leadership qualities.
