Ajax Amsterdam forward Mohammed Kudus has revealed that individual awards would mean nothing if his side is unable to win the Eredivisie and the Dutch Cup this season.
Mohammed Kudus has been in a rich vein of form for the Dutch giants this season, scoring 17 goals and providing 4 assists in all competitions.
Although his performances for his side have been impressive, Kudus says he is focused on team success and insists that he will not be content until Ajax wins both domestic competitions.
Speaking in an interview with the club’s TV, he said the goal is to win the cup and the league, and until he achieves that, he would not have done anything yet, adding that there is more coming, more work to be done.
Many fans and pundits have already started naming him as the club’s player of the season even though the season is yet to end.
With his outstanding performances all season long, the young winger has become a subject of transfer interest from a host of top European clubs.
