Former Black Stars goalkeeper Richard Kingston has lost his position on the technical team of the Black Stars as a goalkeepers trainer, according to Kumai-based Kessben FM.
The former Great Olympics goalkeeper served as the goalkeeper’s trainer under coach Otto Addo.
It is been reported that the former Galatasaray shot-stopper has been relieved of his post following the appointment of Chris Hughton as the new head coach of the Black Stars.
It is rumored that the Ghana Football Association will appoint an expatriate goalkeeper coach as a replacement for the former Ghana international.
The Ghana Football Association has appointed former Newcastle United manager Chris Hughton after the departure of Otto Addo as head coach.
He will be assisted by Didi Dramani and George Boateng who both served as assistant coaches under the Borussia Dortmund talent development coach.
The Black Stars management committee is set for a meeting on 9 March and is set to announce the exit of Richard Kingston in the coming days.
