A former Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Ibrahim Sannie Daara, has made his sentiments known regarding the recent verdict of an Accra High Court in the defamation case involving investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas and businessman cum politician Kennedy Agyapong.
The High Court which dismissed Anas’ ¢25 million defamation lawsuit against Agyapong slapped him with a ¢50,000 fine.
Sannie Daara who welcomed the verdict said that justice has been served, especially with the investigative journalist having been exposed as a dishonest and blackmailing journalist.
He told Ghanaweb Sports that wickedness and evildoers will not continue with their wrongdoings forever.
Daara went on to say there will be justice, that justice has been served today, and that today, the court has confirmed, verified, and approved that Anas Aremeyaw Anas is corrupt, and this is the truth.
He further stated that the court of Ghana had declared that he is a blackmailer and that wickedness and evildoers will not continue with their wrongdoings forever.
Daara concluded that the truth has been exposed in a manner that has brought shame to Anas Aremeyaw Anas who manipulates things and does not seek the truth.
