Black Stars Expect Full House By Monday Night

Black Stars head coach Chris Hughton will be hoping to have the full compliments of his squad by Monday night before the team departs to Kumasi for the clash with Angola.

The Black Stars will face the Palancras Negras on Thursday in the first leg of two crucial 2022 AFCON qualifiers matches as both sides seek to claim the top spot.

Chris Hughton called twenty-five players to the national team for the AFCON doubleheader against Angola.

Some players have begun trooping in for the clash against Angola; captain Andre Ayew is the first of the lot to report for national team duty.

The Baba Yara sports stadium has been regarded by most football fans and pundits as a fortress for the senior national team as the team has not lost a single game at the venue.

Ghana leads the qualifying group after a draw and a win in their first two games with Angola close behind, and two wins will give the Black Stars help qualify.
