In the highly tense match, Ghana were awarded a controversial penalty, however, Ayew did not seem affected from the South Africans protest, which they’ve carried off the field, and Ayew scored his goal calmly.

I want to congratulate the captain for the 100th game, and he has scored a goal today at his jubilee and Ghana won an important match, so we showed that this fortress is not easy to conquer,” Milovan Rajevac said about Andre Ayew at the post-match press conference.
