Black Stars Winger Fatawu Issahaku Tipped To Win African Best Award

Black Stars winger Fatawu Issahaku is predicted to take home the highly sought-after African Best award in future by former Black Stars B skipper Isaac Twum.

The 17-year-old has been a major force in the league with his dominating performances and scoring amazing goals for Dreams FC.

Isshaku has scored five goals out of the twelve goals scored in the league by Dreams FC, who are 5th on the list after six games.

His remarkable performances have earned him the respect from Ghana legendary Asamoah Gyan, who described Fatawu the top player in the Ghanaian football.

Twum is in agreement with Gyan, but says that Issahaku has the potential to be a winner of the continent’s most prestigious award.

He is capable of winning the African Player of the Year award. He has the qualities and if he is able to continue with what he is doing I believe he has a bigger chance to win the prestigious award” he said.

Issahaku was signed by Dreams on loan for a few weeks prior before the beginning of the season.
