The fight took place in Abu Dhabi inside the Etihad Arena on Yas Island, United Arab Emirates.
May 14 was the original date and the original location was on the helipad of the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai.
The fight was postponed from May 14 to May 21 after the United Arab Emirates went into mourning for the death of president Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who passed away on May 13, 2022, at the age of 73.

The Mayweather vs Moore Fight was the third exhibition appearance for 45-year-old Mayweather, who retired from professional boxing with an unprecedented 50-0 record after defeating UFC star Conor McGregor in 2017.
Moore, who also retired undefeated, but last fought professionally was in the year 2016 managed to stay out of knockout, despite suffering a severe beating, including a body shot that sent him to his knees during the last round.
Floyd Mayweather gave an exhibition of jabbing skills as he gave his opponent Don Moore a torrid eight rounds during the fight.
