Gifted Nigerian recording artiste and songwriter, Adekunle Gold has surprisingly dropped a brand new song tagged; “It Is What It Is”.
This latest record happens to be his first tune of the year. It serves as a follow up to his body of works; “Afro Pop Vol. 1” album which was released in August 2020.
“Afro Pop Vol. 1” album has garnered over 60 million views on streaming platform, Audiomack.
Adekunle Gold, real name Adekunle Kosoko released his debut studio album; “Gold” under the imprint of YBNL Nation in 2015.
He’s well known for his 2015 hit song; “Sade”, a highlife cover of One Direction’s “Story of My Life”. Adekunle Gold won the best new artiste at the Nigeria Entertainmet Awards that same year.
