Reports coming in say Coolio has died in Los Angeles. He died while using the bathroom of a friend he visited late Wednesday.
When his use of the bathroom became prolonged, his friend called him several times without reports say.
The said friend then rushed in only to find him lying on the floor motionless…the EMT was immediately called only for them to come and pronounce when died. Although, there are no signs of foul play or drug use the coroner is expected to give an official cause of death.
Known privately as Artis Leon Ivey Jr., Coolio came to international acclaim with the release of his hit song “Gangsta’s Paradise” in the mid-1990s.
The song reached #1 and stayed there for 3 weeks.
Coolio died at 59.
