Sudan Captain Praises Algeria For ‘Warm Hospitality’ Ahead Of Ghana Clash

Mohamed Abd Alrahman, Sudan captain has heaped praises on the host nation, Algeria, for what he deems warm hospitality and good organization of the 2022 Championship of African Nations (CHAN)

He made the disclosure in a pre-match conference ahead of their crunch match against the Black Galaxies of Ghana on Thursday at the Chahid Hamlaoui stadium.

In sharp contrast to the criticisms that have been leveled against the North African country’s hosting of the competition, Abd Alrahman was very charitable with his description of the host and their relationship.

Abd Alrahman said he would like to salute the people of Algeria for their warm hospitality that his team has enjoyed, he posited to show the good relationship the people of Algeria and Sudan share.

He added that the tournament is well organized, with world-class stadia and training facilities. He thanked the organizers for their efforts thus far.

Ghana lost their first group match against debutant Madagascar and needs to beat Sudan convincingly on Thursday to stand a chance of progressing to the quarterfinal.
