Controversial Ghanaian dancehall artist, Shatta Wale has revealed that he needs a record label from Nigeria to help manage his craft.
The outspoken singer took to the bird app, Twitter to advise Ghanaian industry players to humble themselves and ask for help from their Nigerian counterparts to make our music industry better.
“Is better we stop arguing with nigerian Fans ,promoters ,etc and ask for help. Me sef I need record label 🔜. Ghana music is a disgrace. Mek nobody lie you… Shouts to Naija 🇳🇬 Ghana ppl too deh like talk with no action 🤣. Yes I have said it ….”

There’s no doubt that the Nigerian music industry and the entertainment industry as a whole has evolved and developed way past the Ghanaian industry we know.
However, scores were quick to chastize Shatta for the inconsistency in his opinions in relation to the Ghana-Naija arguments.
“This is you. I wonder the kind of weed you smoke? Talk to us when your wack music cross Aflao border,” one tweep replied citing another post where Shatta Wale bashed Nigerians for feeling superior.
“As for Nigerians they think they can always say what they want to say. Fuck your talks ya’ll…”
