Andre Ayew will shift his attention to the Black Stars after he failed to secure promotion with Swansea City at the weekend.
The 31-year-old is expected to lead the Africans for two international friendly matches against Morocco and Ivory Coast.
Ayew is distraught after his Swansea City side lost 2-0 to Brentford at Wembley on Saturday to end hopes of qualifying to the elite division of English football.
He will not turn his focus on the upcoming international matches against the North African giants and West African neighbours respectively.
CK Akonnor’s outfit are set to play Morocco away in Rabat on June 8 and travel back home to host Cote d’Ivoire at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium four days later.
