After an intense battle, comedian, Axel Blake has been crowned as the winner of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent show.
Axel Blake was left shaking and lost for words after Ant and Doc announced him as the winner for the 2022 edition of the show. “I’m shaking, thank you everyone for voting for me…I can’t believe it,” Blake said.
Axel is taking home a whopping £320,000 as well as the opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Performance.
For his ability to deliver captivating jokes which had the audience crack the ribs, Simon Cowell who had given Blake his golden buzzer during the auditions revealed that he feels so emotional, adding that he believes Blake is a star they have just discovered.
“I really believe that we have discovered a star.”
Blake came on top of 10 finalists including Maxwell Thorpe, Ben Nickless, Flintz and T4ylor, Tom Ball, Jamie Leahey, Eva Abley, Loren Allred, 5 Star Boys and Aneeshwar Kunchala.
