Chris Brown Was My Childhood Idol; I Dream of Collaborating With Him – KiDi

Celebrated Ghanaian singer and beatmaker, KiDi, born Dennis Nana Dwamena has revealed that he still dreams of collaborating with American RnB star, Chris Brown who has been his idol from his childhood.

In an interview on the +44 show on Amazon Music, the music star explained that Chris Brown has been an idol to him since his childhood. He further explained that he is one of the people he would love to collaborate with in his career.

He added that he hopes to work on a project with Rihanna if she gets back to making music.

Speaking about his intentions for African stars, the ‘Touch it’ hitmaker explained that there are a lot of musicians on the continent he hopes to work with. He however did not mention any names.

He added that of all the many songs he’s recorded, his favorite song to perform is his hit song featuring Mavado dubbed, Blessing.

“I don’t know there’s something very spiritual about that song. Whenever I’m on stage, it speaks to me…,” he revealed.
