The estranged ex-husband of actress Tonto Dikeh, Olakunle Churchill, has given the actress 24 hours to retract defamatory comments made about him or face legal repercussions.
A legal document was put out on Tuesday by Olakunle’s lawyers over his altercation with his ex-wife on social media.
His counsel has stated that some of the allegations against his client are that he is a fraudster, thief, blackmailer, and irresponsible father.
He went on to say that such false statements have been made public to tarnish his client’s image all because of the simple fact that the romantic relationship between the actress and his client came to an end.
The statement went on to state that the actress has continuously defamed his client and shared false information/accusations on the YouTube Platform to make money at his client’s expense.
Tonto Dikeh has in the past few days used her Instagram page to berate Churchil for celebrating his son’s 7th birthday, believing he did that to create the impression he is in the child’s life.
