Coleen Rooney ‘Confident’ Ahead Of Rebekah Vardy Libel Trial Verdict In Wagatha Christie Battle

Coleen Rooney is said to be in a good mood with only a few hours left for the verdict on the libel case with Rebekah Vardy to be shared.

Rebekah and Coleen Rooney testified for a week at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, where Mrs. Justice Steyn will announce her decision at noon today.

Following a months-long “sting operation” that earned Coleen the nickname “Wagatha Christie,” Rebekah, the wife of Leicester player Jamie Vardy, is suing Coleen for libel after Coleen accused her of leaking “false stories” about her private life in October 2019.

Rebekah filed a lawsuit against Coleen in response to the “untrue and unjustified defamatory attack,” which she has denied.

Sources have reported that Coleen Rooney is more confident now than ever that the verdict will be going in her favor later today when it is finally shared.

“She believes the evidence presented before the court has proved her case that Becky knew about leaks to the Press — and approved them,” a close source said.
