Dragon’s Den Star Hilary Devey Dies At 65 After Long Battle With Illness

Popular British businesswoman cum TV personality, Hilary Devey has been confirmed dead at 65 years after a long battle with an illness.

Hilary Devey who was living on her property in Morocco died on Saturday as confirmed by her spokesperson. The spokesperson added that she had been suffering from an illness for some time now before her demise.

“I can confirm that Hilary sadly died yesterday. She had been ill for some time,” the spokesperson said.

Upon hearing the news, her co-star on the BBC Two programmer, Dragons’ Den, Theo Paphitis said in a tweet that it is sad to hear Hilary Devey was no more. HE added that she had left behind fantastic memories.

“So sad to hear of the passing of the lovely Hilary Devey. She left us all with some fantastic memories, may she rest in peace. My thoughts are with her family.”

The late Hilary Devey become a part of the TV show in 2011 after the departure of James Caan.
