Dylan Adjei-Hersey Scores For Hungerford Town Against Dartford

Dylan Adjei-Hersey, an English-born Ghanaian midfielder scored in Hungerford Town’s 1-1 draw with Dartford on Tuesday evening.

The first half of the game was uneventful with both teams not producing any clear-cut chances.

There were several corners that were forced by Hungerford with their opponents dealing with them expertly. Dylan Adjei-Hersey was very lively on the night, combining well with Joe Boachie and Fabio Lopes.

As the first half drew to a close, Dartford conceded a rather cheap corner from a defensive blunder.

Ryan Jones delivered a brilliant corner kick which Adjei-Hersey met and directed into the far corner of the opposition goal, this resulted in his first goal for the club and the team’s only goal of the night.

Dartford came on the attack upon resumption of the second half and came level ten minutes into the half, their goal was also a result of a corner kick.

Hungerford Town is 23rd on the league table with 29 points while Dartford is 2nd with 67 points.
