Former Accra Major Oko Vanderpuije Spotted Directing Traffic On Busy Road In Accra

Former Mayor of Accra, Alfred Oko Vanderpuije was spotted on the streets directing traffic at Sakaman area on Thursday night, September 9, 2021.

Alfred Oko Vanderpuije who is currently the Member of Parliament for Ablekuma South Constituency was bumped into by some media men from Citi TV and he told them the ordeal he goes through when using the Sakaman to Dansoman road most the times.

The told reporters that the area is a traffic-prone area and sometimes get locked in traffic on that stretch for close to three hours.

After the experience became unbearable for him he decided to step down from his car to direct the traffic as the MTTU or police personnel who act as traffic wardens were absent at the scene.
