Ghana and Ajax midfielder Mohammed Kudus has been named Talent of the Month of May in the Dutch Eredivisie.
The 20-year-old had a blistering end to the season, playing in all four games in the month of May to receive the accolade.
He was presented the award at the Toekomst sports complex.
Kudus netted two times in May and contributed two assists, including a Man of the Match award against Vitesse on the final day.
The Right to Dream Academy graduate joined the Dutch giants in the summer helping Ajax to the double at the end of the campaign.
His season was hugely affected by an injury on his UEFA Champions League debut against Liverpool.
However, the skillful midfielder came back stronger to end his first season in Dutch football on a hight note.
He played 17 Eredivisie games, scoring four times and creating three goals.
Kudus has been named on Coach CK Akonnor’s squad for the double international friendlies against Ivory Coast and Morocco.
