Black Stars, Kamaldeen Sulemana featured for his side, Southampton on Sunday night when the team took on Premier League giants Manchester United in the English Premier League.
Sulemana put in a spirited performance to aid his side earn a crucial draw against Manchester United.
Meanwhile, in the Dutch Erdivisie, winger Mohammed Kudus put in a man-of-the-match performance to help Ajax Amsterdam beat Heerenveen 4-2.
He scored and also assisted a goal in his team’s victory. His performance earned him the man-of-the-match award on the day.
Also, former Black Galaxies captain, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh made his much-awaited debut for his new side, FC Zurich in the Swiss Super League since he moved there during the winter transfer window from Ghana Premier League giants Accra Hearst of Oak.
He was however on the losing side as his team, FC Zurich fell to a 2-0 defeat to Lugano.
It is a good sign for Ghana to have her footballers getting game time across Europe.
