Black Stars midfielder, Thomas Partey is on his way to breaking his English Premier League appearance record for a season.
Thomas Partey joined Arsenal from Spanish giants Athletico Madrid during the 2020 summer transfer window.
During his first season with the Gunner, he made twenty-four Premier League appearances during which he did not score any goal but assisted two.
In the subsequent season, the midfield maestro played as many times as he did in the previous season.
Thomas Partey although impressive was hit with several injuries during his first two seasons with the Gunners which made him miss a considerable number of matches.
He is however on the route to surpassing his appearance records from the previous two seasons because although he has suffered some injuries, he has managed to put in a much more consistent run of matches.
A fully fit Thomas Partey will likely beat his previous appearance records with about ten matches left to play before the current season comes to a close.
