Ghana Winger Osman Bukari Relieved After Nantes’ Big Win Against Angers

Ghana winger Osman Bukari has expressed delight after helping Nantes to a big win at Angers in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.

Since making his debut against Olympique Lyonnais, the Yellow Canneries have lost two in a row and three matches before the game against Angers.

Manager Antoine Kombouaré kept faith in the on-loan Gent star, starting him against Angers as Nantes thumped their opponents 4-1 at the Stade Jean-Bouin.

The Ghana U-23 attacker reacted to the victory, praising his teammates for the win, and has already set sight on the next game against Brest.

“+3 yesterday. Great team work. Onto the next!,” he wrote on Twitter.

Osman Bukari is yet to score his first goal for FC Nantes but has showed immense quality and is now a regular for the club.

The former Accra Lions player will be expected to start when Nantes welcome Brest at the Stade de la Beaujoir on Wednesday.
