‘Godfather’ Star James Caan Died from Heart Attack
The death certificate of legendary actor, James Caan has confirmed that the veteran perished from a combination of acute heart issues.
According to the document, which TMZ got, James suffered from coronary artery disease, the most common form of heart disease in the United States, and a heart attack. It continues to say that James also had congestive heart failure and chronic obstructive lung disease, or COPD.
James Caan left the face of the earth on July 6, this year at the age of 82. However, at the time information about the cause of his death could not be confirmed.
According to the death certificate, James passed away in the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles at 9:02 p.m. Since then, he has been interred at Eden Memorial Park, a popular celeb burial ground.
James Caan was famous for his iconic roles in movies like “The Godfather”, “Brian’s Song” and “Misery”.
