Helen Skelton has reportedly signed up for Strictly Come Dancing just days after her ex-husband Richie Myler made his new girlfriend and their relationship official on Instagram months after their breakup.
The Countryfile host revealed in April of this year that she and England national rugby league star Richie, 32, had split up while attempting to co-parent their three young children.
The 39-year-old announced in a statement at the time: “Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children.”
Perhaps, Helen is trying to move on with her life by becoming the last star to join the Strictly lineup during the weekend. Helen will be joining Fleur East, Kym Marsh, Tony Adams, Matt Goss, and others for the 2022 edition of the show.
Some reports suggest that Helen took the decision to join the show just moments after Richie went Instagram official with his new girlfriend.
