Ghanaian gospel artist Cecilia Marfo has drawn the distinction between her and her friend, Diana Asamoah, by saying she is better at speaking English than her, even though the majority of people think she’s not good at speaking English.
Cecilia Marfo became the talk of the country after the viral video of her performing a gospel track and invented “Washawassay” instead of “What Shall I Say.”
The singer gained a lot of attention for her popular catchy phrase and even had recording engineers combine her voice with instrumentals to create an anthem to celebrate Christmas.
In the course of an interview with Okyeame Quophi at Angel FM, Cecilia Marfo while doing her typical English gospel broadcast, stated that she is better her colleague, Diana Asamoah when it regards speaking fluent English.
Cecilia Marfo stated that she would like to challenge Diana Asamoah one-on-one battle with speaking English in the near future to determine who’s better.
