John C. Eastman Wife: Who Is Elizabeth Eastman?

John Charles Eastman was born on 21 April 1960 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

He is a lawyer by profession and is known to be the founding director of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence which is a public interest law firm that is linked to the conservative think tank Claremont Institute.

Eastman is a former professor and dean at the Chapman University School of Law.

He attended the University of Dallas for his bachelor’s degree and went on to the University of Chicago Law School for obtained his Juris Doctor. He also has a Doctor of Philosophy in Government from the Claremont Graduate School.

While in law school he worked on the University of Chicago Law Review.
Before going to law school, Eastman served as Director of Congressional and Public Affairs at the United States Commission on Civil Rights in 1989.

Elizabeth is a Senior Scholar in Residence – at Bruce D. Benson Center for the Study of Western Civilization, University of Colorado Boulder.

She is a political scientist who holds a Ph.D. in political science from Claremont Graduate School, an MA in liberal education from St. John’s Graduate Institute, and a BA with honors in modern French civilization.
