Linda Evangelista Returns To Modelling In Fendi Shoot Six Years After Being Left ‘Brutally Disfigured’ By Cosmetic Surgery
After having cosmetic surgery that left her physically disfigured, Linda Evangelista has accepted her first modeling position in six years. She will be the subject of a Fendi photo session.
In the new image, the supermodel, who had previously claimed to have become a “recluse” following the treatment, seemed right at home.
Linda, 57, can be seen in the recently revealed photo sporting a tower of pink hats, sunglasses, and holding two Fendi bags in her gloved hands.
She thanked the brand’s creative directors, photographers, and stylists before sharing information about the upcoming fashion show on Instagram.
Linda reported in September of last year that a fat-reducing operation had caused her to develop paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH), which left her permanently deformed and “brutally disfigured”.
She allegedly sued Zeltiq Aesthetics, the parent company of CoolSculpting, over the problems in September. According to a Rolling Stone piece from February of this year, the business filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in December, but the judge has not yet made a decision.
