Menzgold has altered the way that funds are paid to its customers, shifting from the cash payment to an electronic.
In October of this year, it was announced by the firm that they will begin paying its customers’ investments from the 20th of December to June 30, 2022.
Therefore, customers who claim that their money has been held in a vault would need to gather at the designated office to collect their money.
In a statement released on the 19th of December 2021, The defunct gold dealership
management stated that based on the recommendation of the Police, some changes were implemented to the payment system.
