Miss Vanjie Not Impressed With Exclusion Of LGBTQ+ From Love Island

American drag queen, Miss Vanjie, has blown hot on the organizers of Love Island for excluding LGBTQ+ members over “logistical difficulties”.

Last year, ITV commissioner, Amanda Stavri said in an interview that LGBTQ+ members could not be included in the dating show as it may lead to some logistical challenges.

“There’s a sort of logistical difficulty because although Islanders don’t have to be 100% straight, the format must sort of give Islanders an equal choice when coupling up.”

However, Miss Vanjie is still not pleased, as she says Amanda Stavri does not understand how the world works.

Miss Vanjie argues that gays also deserve a chance to find love and that there will be no challenges when allowed on the show.

“What the hell does that mean? You can change the format! She must not know too much. She might need somebody to help her understand how the world is working right now. I don’t know what she’s on about complicated.” Miss Vanjie said in an interview with Metro.co.uk

“The only thing complicated is finding everybody out and making sure we got cameras to film it…We can definitely find some love, if you just go through the right interview processes and right casting you can find the candidates to make a really great show. Plus we are very entertaining,” she added.
