American radio host and television personality, Lenard Larry McKelvey better known as Charlamagne tha God or simply Charlamagne has revealed that his shoes were stolen during his time in Ghana.
Charlamagne Tha God like many African Americans visited Ghana during the festive season. However, it seems the media personality didn’t have the best of experiences.
According to Charlamagne, his shoes were stolen from him within just 25 minutes. taken to his Twitter page to share how he found his shoes that were stolen in the space of 25 minutes.
Sharing his experience, he applauded Ghanaians for frowning upon crimes citing the Meek Mill stolen phone incident as an example.
They really look down upon stealing, like in a real way. If you’re in the market and somebody yells out whatever the word is for ‘thief’, they could beat you up,” he said.

Charlamagne had earlier revealed that he had a blast after visiting one of the strip clubs in Ghana.
