Veteran Ghanaian rapper, Kwaw Kese, born Emmanuel Kofi Botwe has asserted that just one hit song of his is bigger than the career of fellow rap star, Yaa Pono.
According to the ‘Dondo’ crooner who is currently beefing hard with Yaa Pono, people claim he contributed absolutely nothing to the music industry even though he dropped back-to-back hits in his hay days. He explained that his 2011 hit, Popping is bigger than Yaa Pono’s entire music career.
“Yaa Pono is circulating my name everywhere that I have not done anything in the music industry but for the popping alone is bigger than Yaa Pono’s entire music career,” he asserted.
He further explained that his song dubbed ‘Dondo’ is one of the biggest hits to ever hit the Ghanaian music market.
“Recently I dropped Dondo and that’s one of the biggest songs to come ever out of Ghana yet still they say I have not done anything,” he added.
