Nancy Pelosi Husband Charged With DUI Causing Injury, Likely To Go To Jail If Convicted

Paul Pelosi, the husband of Nancy Pelosi, who is the current Speaker of the United States House of Representatives is going to be facing charges after he was arrested for DUI.

According to a report by TMZ, Paul Pelosi will be facing criminal charges as well as jail time if he is found guilty and convicted. They also added that Mr. Pelosi had handed officers a card that showed his support for law enforcement officers.

Paul Pelosi has been charged with two misdemeanors including, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Causing Injury and Driving with.08 Blood Alcohol Level or Higher Causing Injury after his blood sample returned .082% BAC.

This comes after, Paul Pelosi was involved in a 2-vehicle accident about a month ago near Napa in California while driving his 2021 Porsche. According to CHP officers who had responded to the crash on the night of May 28, Paul Pelosi had “objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication.”
