The Burger King employee who went viral after receiving a meager goodie bag in appreciation for 27 years of punctuality seems to have touched David Spade as he has donated a huge sum of money to him for his loyalty to the food franchise.
Kevin Ford, who gained notoriety this week for flaunting his employer’s presents, revealed to TMZ that although his daughter informed him that David Spade had donated $5,000 to his GoFundMe, he wasn’t certain it was the comedian until he looked through his Instagram inbox where David had commended him on his good work and joking told him not to take a day off till he achieve 30 years of without absenting himself.
Kelvin also revealed that he is going to use the money he has able to raise from his GoFundMe, which is now totalling $31,000 to purchase a Ford hybrid vehicle and to visit his daughters and grandchildren in Texas.
