Controversial Ghanaian preacher, Evangelist Suro Nyame has opined that members of Pentecost, Presby and Methodist churches must stop paying offerings and tithe to their churches.
According to the popular street evangelist members of the Church of Pentecost, Presbyterian, Methodist, and churches with millions of congregants should stop paying tithe and offerings as their churches already have cash in the millions if not billions.
He added that it makes no sense for people who are already leaving in poverty to send the little they make to men of God who are already having millions and living a lavish life.
He also revealed that there is no need for people to go to church on a daily or weekly basis. He explained we need to go to church only once every month and use the rest of the month to work.
Even though his choice of words is going to spark controversy, some Ghanaians have already expressed their agreement with his logic.
